Slow braised pork belly , dried for 24hrs and then roasted on high , thats how we do it,

Marinated kingprawns on sticks

Beansprouts and sweetchili mayonaise

rocket and dill salad.

8oz Ribeye Steak

55 day matured ribeye steak

its cooked for over 20 hours , i serve it with my take on Vichy carrot , Black pepper buttered mash

just a few more vegtables


Wild mushroom Stroganoff (V)

Wild Mushrooms ,seared sweet peppers ,

smokey stroganoff sauce served simply with baked rice.
